Children's reflection of joy, an action that we must always keep in mind

Greetings again my dear friends I hope you are all very well, one of the most pleasurable activities for the human being is recreation and, this at any age, if we look at the reflection of joy of a child when recreating, then, we must always be connected to this type of activities, therefore, in our interior we will permanently carry our childhood stage and, with it, that light that allows us to see life in the best of the senses.

When I say, in the best of the senses, it is because, when we are children, in general, we move away from our mind any kind of worrying thoughts, this makes that in our mind do not accumulate an excess of thoughts, which generally lead to negative attitudes of people, that is, to suffer from emotional anxiety, stress, among many other negative emotions, although, from these emotions we learn many, however, the idea is not to live all the time immersed in this type of emotions.

We are aware that with the passing of the years our lives are changing and we have to assume other responsibilities, which leads us to cut our leisure time, or at least we think so, and we leave aside all those moments that make us feel very well, everything must be in tune, in harmony, so we must seek to keep alive the flame of relaxation and enjoyment with our loved ones, for that we are in this space-time called the planet Earth.

Keeping the flame of joy from childhood is one of the constant activities that we must do on a daily basis, focusing on it at all times, time must be enough for all this, otherwise our course will be to live in stress and thus with the neglect of the people we love, of course, one of our main tasks is to provide social welfare and that means material resources that we get it with the generation of economic resources.

However, we must not allow that the search for the generation of economic resources limits our time to give our loved ones our company, when we manage to do both things, then I am sure that we are doing our task in the best possible way, with our stumbles, but on the right path, if we want to feel good all the time, let's look for the reflection of joy emanating from the kindness and sincerity of the children around us.

Our children will always be our reason for living and constant struggle, therefore, we must make them part of everything we do and that includes not taking away the time they want to be by our side, they enjoy it, but for sure, we will do it even more than them if we value every moment by their side.
