Don't save your passwords in the browser

Greetings dear community, what if we talk a little about cybersecurity are increasingly frequent cases of theft on cryptocurrencies, or credit card data, yes gentlemen this has been happening for some time in the crypto world but also in the Fiat currency.

People are used to living a fast and easy life, which our computers help us to do, for example when making an online purchase many people leave their credit card open with passwords auto-saved in the browser.

If I am talking about the auto-saved with the browser, this is very risky since having the passwords saved in the browser could be observed by a third party through spyware, I mean that having saved passwords makes it easier for the hacker to access our passwords.

Not to mention the fact that it could have control of the computer and make transactions from the same computer, link your phone among many other things, so I do not recommend anyone to save their passwords in browsers.

In fact many people report theft and when these people had a forensic analysis done most of them saved the passwords in the browser for easy access.

What I recommend is to use physical notes with the passwords and enter them every time it is necessary, always reject the constant and insistent messages that ask to save the passwords.

Since it is not very difficult for a person to sit down at the computer and check the synchronization and security tabs to retrieve all the saved passwords, the healthiest thing for our cybersecurity is to use protected files that we can copy and paste the passwords in case they are very long, or save them in a notebook at home.

Wow. This is so true. Few days ago, I learnt from a friend of mine that Firefox was currently been attacked, and if I had passwords saved on my browser that I should delete it. I did so immediately. Thank you @rubenp, we need to take these measures you mentioned seriously.

Greetings, the security of our computers is very important, especially if we work with it.
