Negative thoughts can be like gray clouds that darken the sky of our mind, hindering our happiness and well-being. Often, we find ourselves trapped in a cycle of self-criticism, worry and anxiety, not knowing how to break free from this downward spiral. However, it is possible to cultivate mental resilience and overcome negative thoughts with effective strategies and daily practices.

Negative thoughts simply demonstrate an inability to be confident in ourselves, as it is easier to think about something bad and then justify it, so at the end of the day anyone who thinks negatively will not be happy and may not be able to achieve the well-being they desire. There are three elements of positive thoughts, which are:

[1] To manage our life with a lot of self-criticism: It is good that every time we strive to be better and better and try to look for the perfect, however to achieve this we often generate personal criticisms that make us end up thinking negatively.

[2] Worry: in my country Venezuela, there is a saying that goes: Why worry? if what we have to do is to take care of ourselves. What this means is that worries do not help us in any way and are simply part of the negative thoughts that do not allow us to grow personally.

[3] Anxiety: this arises from lack of self-control, it is necessary that we know how to control and manage our emotions, when there is no significant management of our emotions, we despair, we lose control, we reach the maximum stress and end up generating anxiety.

The bad thing about all this is that any mood can generate negative thoughts, the important thing is that there is an efficient control of emotions and that everything can be seen from the sanity and order in our lives.
