In 2020, Going to social events or outings has dropped significantly due to the incidence of Corona pandemic and related lockdowns which has also affected the sale of clothes. The picture of this decline worldwide has become clear in the official statistics of the United Kingdom. That said, the country's clothing sales fell 25 percent last year which was the highest drop in 23 years.

In some countries pointedly decline selling girls’ clothes because women are coming out comparatively less. The need for women's clothing is less as they go out less. In many countries, shopping is increased due to marriage ceremony, but this time, the marriage ceremony is declining and some ceremony happen in family and relatives centered. Many shops in the commercial area have suffered financial losses due to the temporary closure of shops during the lockdown. On the one hand, the narrowing of the opportunity to buy clothes directly and going out to eat and other events have also contributed to this decline
Bangladesh is one of the largest RMG exporter country. The first wave of corona led to a collapse in garment exports last April as purchases were cancelled and factories closed. Only $370 million worth of garments were exported that month. Due to the second wave of corona, the garment sector of Bangladesh will have to go through a difficult time till next April-May. In the current situation, spring and summer purchases will be reduced by 15-20 percent

All in all, these figures show that in the last 12 months, cloth sellers have had to go through a lot of difficult times. The joy of going to buy clothes in this time of crisis and the habit of choosing clothes through trials have not been seen anywhere. Also included was the issue of buyers becoming more financially aware. As well as those who continue to shop, they rely heavily on online. But that wasn’t too much either. Now it remains to be seen how much the clothing business will turn out in the new year.

Hi @team007

A 25% drop, for any business sector is a significant decrease, for companies engaged in the marketing and sale of clothing, it is not easy for them to overcome, even though, probably people to pass the pandemic, will go out to replenish their clothing, in my case I have to buy clothes for my youngest son, since he is only 10 months old, since the pandemic began there have been few times we have bought him clothes. Thank you for socializing this type of manuscript.
