As far as i remember the first i saw these Campaign was on Coinbase where people use to earn quite alot of crypto as the awareness of these campaigns were not much. I am talking about 2018 when i saw these campaigns and today after almost five years you will see that things have changed.
Today we have seen these coming from various different exchanges. Binance came up with learn and earn program today related to Polkadot and everyone who participated in the quiz won 0.3 DOT tokens for themself.
What can we say from that amount of rewards? We can say that time has changed and now there are more awareness of these learn and earn programs. That is the reason why small rewards are distributed among people.
You can hold them or sell them as you want but for me as DOT is really a good project, I will let this 0.3 get added to my existing amount of DOTs.
These learn and earn programs can actually help you get aware about the basics of the project and i recommend that people should take that not for the rewards but for the personal knowledge.
I don't know if the program is still live but if yes then do take part in it to learn and earn few dots for yourself.
