Google Assistant Instant quotes lets you skip alarms and calls without saying "Hey Google"

Google Assistant discovers a smart new feature called 'Quick Sentences' that aims to improve the quality of your life. If enabled, Google Assistant will wait in standby mode for voice commands. With Quick Status, you can get rid of alarms, timers, and answer incoming calls without saying a hot ‘Hey Google’ name.

Dismiss alarms and calls without saying 'Hey Google'
Once found, you can try quick sentences by enabling them from the help settings. From now on, you can use quick phrases to set or snooze alarms and timers and answer or reject incoming calls. Check out the new fast phrase changes, courtesy of XDA-Developers:

As you can see in the picture below, there is new information that reminds you to simply say the word 'answer' or 'Stop' after enabling Quick Sentences.

Mishaal Rahman of XDA saw this feature on the Pixel 3 XL using the latest beta of Android 12 with the Google app for 12.39.17.29. We also tested the Pixel 3 XL using the latest beta for Android 12 and beta app beta version 12.39.17.23 (it was the latest update here) and the feature was not available on my end.

According to a separate report from 9 to 5Google, Google is also working to add support for Quick Sentences for many features. However, that seems to be only available on some Google Assistant devices such as smart displays and smart speakers. You can view the entire list below:

Set alarms: “Set an alarm for 7 a.m.”
Cancel alarms: “Cancel the alarm”
Ask about weather: “What’s the weather?”
Turn lights on & off: “Turn the lights on”
Turn lights up & down: “Increase the brightness”
Show alarms: “What time is my alarm set for?”
Send broadcasts: “Send a broadcast”
Control volume: “Turn up the volume”
Pause & resume music: “Pause the music”
Skip tracks: “Skip this song”
Set timers: “Set a timer for 2 minutes”
Show timers: “How much time is left?”
Reminders: “Create a reminder”
Family notes: “Create a family note”
Cancel timers: “Cancel the timer”
Respond to calls: “Answer” & “Decline”
Ask about time: “What time is it?”
Pause & resume timers: “Pause the timer”

Therefore, you will no longer need to shout Hey Google or Ok Google before the list of tasks listed above.
