How many times in your life have you stopped and wondered what is the connection between your mind and your body? I know that this type of question is not something very routine, but at some point, each of us must have an answer to that question (when necessary) because it will help us become better people (physically and psychologically) and furthermore, make us have better lives.
There is certainly no simple and direct answer to this connection because it is something that each person has to discover on their own and even if there is external help (someone who has an outside view because they already have their own answer), the ideal is that each person finds an answer that is genuinely yours because this will ensure that there is an individuality in the information that will be discovered and in the concepts that will be formed from this point onwards.
When the mind and body are properly connected, everything tends to flow in a way that is sometimes impossible to explain in words. You need to feel these sides coming together to be able to take advantage of what happens when they are complete. Although it is not an easy task to do, there are some ways to try to get there... I think these items are very important: healthy eating, sleep regulation, stress and irritation at controlled levels, physical exercise and some hobbies that do you good.
Once we are able to establish a connection between our mind and our body, there is what many people call the "perfect duet" because this pair becomes responsible for something very important in our lives: the formation of our character and also us it helps us to see life in our own way and better judge what is in our way. It is something that science cannot explain (despite having tried many times) completely because there is a spiritual connection involved in this process.
The discussion on this topic could certainly be something much bigger and more in-depth... But I think these few paragraphs that I wrote above give a very clear idea about the debate that I would like to start with you who are reading this post. So, what do you have to say about this connection between mind and body (which no one can really explain)?

Ciertamente, no hay una respuesta simple y directa a esta conexión porque es algo que cada persona tiene que descubrir por sí misma e incluso si hay ayuda externa (alguien que tiene una visión externa porque ya tiene su propia respuesta), lo ideal es que cada persona la persona encuentra una respuesta que verdaderamente es suya porque esto asegurará que haya una individualidad en la información que se descubrirá y en los conceptos que se formarán a partir de este momento.
Cuando la mente y el cuerpo están correctamente conectados, todo tiende a fluir de una manera que a veces es imposible de explicar con palabras. Es necesario sentir que estos lados se unen para poder disfrutar de lo que sucede cuando están completos. Aunque no es una tarea fácil de hacer, hay algunas maneras de tratar de llegar allí... Creo que estos elementos son muy importantes: alimentación saludable, regulación del sueño, estrés e irritación a niveles controlados, ejercicio físico y algunos pasatiempos que te hacen bien.
Una vez que podemos establecer una conexión entre nuestra mente y nuestro cuerpo, existe lo que muchas personas llaman el "dueto perfecto" porque este par se hace responsable de algo muy importante en nuestras vidas: la formación de nuestro carácter y también de nosotros ayuda ver la vida a nuestra manera y juzgar mejor lo que está en nuestro camino. Quantas vezes na sua vida você já parou e se perguntou qual é a conexão entre à sua mente e o seu corpo? Eu sei que esse tipo de pergunta não é algo muito rotineiro, mas em algum momento, é preciso que cada um de nós tenhamos uma resposta para essa pergunta (quando for necessário) porque isso nos ajudará a nos tornar pessoas melhores (fisicamente e psicologicamente) e além disso, nos fazer ter vidas melhores.
Certamente não existe uma resposta simples e direta para essa conexão porque é algo que cada pessoa tem que descobrir por conta própria e mesmo que haja uma ajuda externa (alguém que tem uma visão exterior porque já tem a própria resposta), o ideal é que cada pessoa encontre uma resposta que seja genuinamente sua porque isso vai garantir que haja uma individualidade nas informações que serão descobertas e nos conceitos que serão formados à partir deste ponto em diante.

One of the big mistakes was the fragmentation when studying the human being. One studies by parts, mind by one side, body by another. And in fact the body is still subdivided... which makes the human being look like parts, and not like the sum of everything.

The mind and the body should be one, if our mind is not healthy the body probably is not either, we need to have a balance between both parts. If we are depressed or anxious we will surely reflect this in our actions and therefore in our body, in our organs and in our health in general.
As you say sometimes it seems to be a difficult task, but more than difficult I can say that it requires organization and perseverance, to know why we do it and that we seek with all that, at the moment that we understand what the benefits are we will surely change our lifestyle.

Querido amigo @wiseagent , yo se que cuando me alimento mal, cuando duermo mal , cuando le exijo en demasía a mi cuerpo mi mente no rinde al 100 % sobre todo lo noto cuando ingiero demasiada comida , esa sensación de malestar y llenura , no me deja rendir, así que la conexión mente cuerpo es bastante fuerte.
