They establish procedures that guarantee the fulfillment of the proposed goals, optimizing the use of resources and that must be carried out by all employees.

The quality management system ensures that the functions of each position are clear and defined, allowing a better understanding of their roles and how they affect the quality and success of the organization; establishes customized training plans, which offers employees the opportunity to grow and develop in those areas that require it for their personal benefit as well as for the company. The quality management system seeks to ensure that employees are motivated and satisfied, as they will perform well in the organization.

The ISO 9001 standard, which establishes the requirements for the implementation of a quality management system, is a worldwide mark of quality management, by implementing this standard the organization will be trustworthy. The objective of many companies is to export their products and/or services, and the ISO accreditation will greatly favor its establishment and credibility in the international business environment.

Managers can learn through the implementation of procedures to identify the improvements that are necessary for the organization's progress. These procedures ensure correct decision making and rule out the risks of any costly errors.
