Putkanda, Fennel, and Unab, The following are some herbs for respiratory health:

The health of the respiratory system is critical to improving the quality of life and good breathing is essential. Lungs and airways make breathing much easier and prevent numerous diseases from developing. Mother nature has endowed us with several herbs which specifically work on the respiratory tracts and treat problems relating to breathing. Of these, there are three drugs which are specially mentioned: Putkanda , Fennel and Unab. These three herbs are alike in their characteristics and they work effectively in strengthening respiratory health.

Vasaka or Malabar Nut or Balloon Vine (Putkanda)

It is scientifically proven that Putkanda is one of the most effective herbs that have been employed, for centuries, to cure respiratory illnesses. It is particularly useful when the patient has a cough, asthma or bronchitis, diseases that affect the breathing process.

Benefits of Putkanda

  • Clears Mucus: Putkanda has been discovered to contain a chemical compound called vasicine in its leaves and this chemical is effective in breaking as well as excreting respiratory phlegm.

Natural Remedies of Dates, Almonds, Raisins and Peanuts for Anaemia

Hypocupronemia, also called anemia is a widespread pathology nowadays. Iron is listed among the most important micro nutrients required in the body since it is found in hemoglobin found in the red blood cells that transport oxygen to all over the body organs. If the body is depleted of iron, it leads to certain complications the following; fatigue, weakness, difficulty in breathing, jaundice.

In this article, we will discuss the benefits of four natural ingredients, dates, almonds, raisins, and peanuts, that are helpful in overcoming iron deficiency. A special recipe prepared from these ingredients will also be presented.


Effectiveness of Ingredients

Dates:

Dates are called a storehouse of nutritional values. It is also high in natural sugars, fibre, potassium and iron. Contained iron in the dates prove useful in the production of the hemoglobin within the blood cells and vitamin B6 in the same dates assist in enhancing mental stability.

  1. Took a cup of milk in a pan and put it on stolve.
  2. Finely chop the dates and almonds.
  3. Put all ingredients in the milk and boiled them well in low heat.
  4. Energy Booster milk is ready.

Herbs to control high blood pressure

Cardamom:

For daily use, boil three cardamoms in a glass of water to make coffee and drink it in the morning and evening. Cardamom can also be added to tea. Rose petals

How to use:
Add a pinch of black pepper to a cup of warm milk and consume it once a day.

How to use:

My recommended prescription for controlling blood pressure

Cardamom, rose and coriander tea (for high blood pressure)

Ingredients:

  • 3 cardamoms

  • 2 Rose Flowers ( rose petals )

  • A spoonful of coriander

  • 1 cup of water

  • Honey or Sugar 1 teaspoon (optional)

Method of preparation:

Boil water and add cardamom, rose leaves and coriander and cook for 5-7 minutes.

Strain and consume in lukewarm condition twice a day.

Clove, black pepper and ginger tea (for low blood pressure)

Ingredients:

  • Cloves 4 pcs

  • Black Pepper 8 pcs

  • Ginger 1 inch piece

  • 1 Cup of Water

  • Honey or Sugar 1 teaspoon (optional)

Method of preparation:

Boil water and add cloves and black pepper.

Finally add the ginger and cook for 5 minutes.

Strain and drink in warm condition in the morning and evening.

Precautions

Patients with high blood pressure should reduce the consumption of salt, while people with low blood pressure should add adequate amount of salt.

  • Consume more water and keep the body hydrated.

  • Make daily exercise routine and avoid stress.

  • Check blood pressure regularly and consult a doctor.
