I read in one of the articles that slow running is more effective to lose weight and to get fit.
I don't know how true is it.
But I tried to do it today.
Well, as a person who used to live a very dynamic life, I would like to say that it is not so easy to run slow haha
But I tried my best.
We will the results in a couple of weeks, if there will be any...
