Also I would like to thank our honorable moderator @pea07 for organizing such a beautiful contest. I also want to share with you my favorite winter foods.

So without further ado, I'm going to the question and answer phase.

Question : Delight- Tell us about your favorite food of winter.

To answer this question, I would like to say which winter food is the best. Among them, traditional food in rural Bengal is pitha food. My favorite pitha is steamed pithaI will discuss this in detail in the next question.

Question : Traditional or Cultural Connection: Is it a traditional winter food in your country? Do you eat this food every day or occasionally?

Pithapuli is a part of Bengali tradition, especially in winter, making Pithapuli is popular in villages, towns and cities. Bengali means Pithapuli. The most popular winter pitha is Vahapa Pitha. It is not only loved by me but by almost everyone. The pitha is made with a mixture of rice flour, coconut, date molasses. Water is heated in a small earthen pot and a small hole is placed on the top from where hot water smoke comes out and pitha is made in a small bowl on top. Usually these pithas are round in shape. This pitha is often made in our home during winters and also in small roadside shops in the market.

Question : Secret Ingredients: Any secret ingredients that make the food special?

I have already told what ingredients are needed to make this pita. Every thing has some secret to make it more delicious and beautiful. Date jaggery plays an important role in making this pita more delicious. The better the jaggery, the tastier it will be. Also pitha is very tasty if carefully prepared with good coconut.

Question : Nourishment Factor: Is it nourishing winter food for you or is there any health benefit of this food?

The main ingredients of Bengali pitha are rice powder, date jaggery, coconut, oil, ghee and milk which have a lot of nutrientsRice powder: Every 100 grams of Atap rice has nutritional value of 346 kcal, protein is 6.4 grams, calcium is 8 mg, iron is 4 mg, vitamin B-1 is 0.21 mg and vitamin B-2 is 0.5 mg. .
Coconut: Every 100 grams of coconut has food energy of 376 kcal, protein is 19 grams, calcium is 29 mg, iron is 69.4 mg, vitamin B-1 is 0.05 mg, vitamin B-2 is 0.02 mg.
Date molasses: Every 100 grams of date molasses has a nutritional value of 817 kilocalories, protein is 2.5 grams and calcium is 120 mg. the village

Question: Recommendation: Do you recommend this food to taste others

Of course, I would encourage those who have never eaten this cake to try it at least once in their life, I hope it will not be bad.
