Do you believe that prevention better than cure?

Yes I stand to make a firm stand concerning the matter since it is indeed said, that ‘prevention is better than cure’. Preventing situations, including illnesses, is much better than having to address the damages the moment they have caused harm. Prevention is less time-consuming, less costly, and it preserves many human beings. A few habits such as taking healthy diets, practicing, and getting regular check ups can prevent chronic diseases.

And on the other hand the treatment of a particular disease is expensive and stressful with some possible complications and side effects in the future. Besides health, it concerns practically any area of life, relationships, or finances. It is for these reasons that prevention is preferable taking care of problems before they occur or as soon as they start stabilizes and improves the population’s well-being.
