The Diary Game ( 25th January 2025 ) || "My Friend had a Sudden Acute Pain in Scapula (shoulder) and did Physio in University's clinic."

Hello friends! I'm @moazzamushtaq from #pakistan and I warmly welcome all of you to my post. I hope that you all will be fine and will be enjoying your lives. Today I'm going to share my panic experience of my life Hindwhale Community. Let's start.

The Diary Game

My morning was same as my daily routine. At 6.30 am I woke up and offered Fajr prayer. After that I studed for an hour as I had a quiz in 1st lecture. At 7.30 I brushed my teeth and after taking bath I got ready for going to university. At 9 am I reached in the lecture room and in next 10 minutes teacher came with printed quiz and we solved the quiz. At 10.30 am 1st lecture ended and I went to ground and played volley ball with my friends. While playing one of my friend felt an acute pain in scapula.

I took him in the clinic of our university and checked him up to DPT department. Actually he is a boxer and went to jim daily for doing practice of boxing for half an hour. He was feeling this pain slightly already but he did not care about it. Rather he was playing volley ball which also paid a great force on scapula. That's he had to face that acute pain. After checking him up, the doctor which is also our professor, she asked some questions from my friend.

Mean doctor asked from him about his daily's activities. My friend told about his practice of boxing and about volley ball. The doctor told that this is not any big issue and applied heating pad for relaxation of scapula joint. First heating pad, than cold pad and than again heating pad was applied, for 10 minutes of each. After completing the process, the doctor prescribed some medicines and advised to repeat this process in home for three time a day. I took a slip from accoutn office of that appointment and left the office.

After that I offered Friday prayer in the university and attended last lecture. The lecture ended at 3.30 pm and I reached to home. After changing my cloth I took my lunch and took rest till evening. Than I reached to shop of my brother where I studied the previous lecture for half an hour. The topic was Endocrine system of human communication system.

After that I opened my steemit account and uploaded a diary post in Hot News community. The moderator sir fantvwiki verified my post and informed me that I was out of club. I got upset and immediately powered up some steems which were enough to get my club5050 again.

After that I had my dinner and took one cup of green tea (Kahva). I was feeling some pain in my throat and I felt that I would have to face cough. That's why I prepared kahva to cure the cough in its ealry stage. I used different herbals for preparing the kahva. It took about half an hour to be prepared. Than I took one cup of kahva. The taste of first sip was not good but I had to take it for curing my throat pain.

After that I went to my room as I was feeling very sleepy, I slept immediately.
