Hi, GREETINGS TO ALL STEEMIANS!!!

Hopefully everyone will be great here and enjoying healthier and happier life by taking care of their own health and definitely your loved ones too. Yes!! In the very fast advanced era, Everyone in every age of life , from child to youngster's and youngster's to old age people love to eat ready made foods and also junk foods. They fond of meat of any halal animal. But excessive use of meat is not good for health.

For the balanced and healthy fitness for our family, fresh and seasonal fruit's and vegetables should be must in our diet. Me , my kids and my husband loves to eat green and red mixed veggies, they are very good and miracle impact's on health. We usually made this healthy dish twice a time in a week for the good health of family.

Here's with going to share with you recipe of the Mixed Veggies with detail ingredients like as veggies and spice's and process.

  • Peas
  • Carrot's
  • Potato's
  • Onion's
  • Green chill
  • Tomatoes
  • Garlic
Spices
  • Salt
  • Red Chili
  • Coriander seeds powder's
  • Kalwanji
  • Turmeric powder's
    And Oil

I firstly put the oil in the cooking pot then let to warm afterwords, I will add chopped onion and let them golden brown. Then I will add paste of tomato and garlic and cooked for the two minutes at least.

Here you can see that I added spices and other chopped veggies. I mixed all the ingredients well . Here you can see the beautiful and natural color of all the fresh and seasonal vegetables.

For well cooked all the veggies, I added in it water from half to half quantity and cooked for the 5-10minutes. At the end , we will add the سوکھی Ω…ΫŒΨͺھی for enhancing taste and smoothing and beautiful fragrance of the mixed veggies meal.

Very healthy and full of nutritional fresh and seasonal mixed veggies are ready to eat with chapati or boiled rice
