EXERCISE

Dear Friends Exercise is a very important part of human life but nowadays people do not give it much importance because they are not aware of its benefits. Exercise makes our life more active and makes us happier. Exercise is something that never makes a person old but keeps them young throughout their life because it keeps their muscles and everything strong.

But if we talk about today, people are very lazy and they don't give time to exercise but waste their time in useless activities. If he/she gave that time to exercise, I reckon he'd never have to go to the hospital and never get sick. My purpose in making this post is to tell you how good exercise is for us and what are its benefits.

And I hope if you guys read this post carefully and know about its benefits, you will never give up on exercise but make it an important part of your life. Now I will tell you about the benefits of exercise one by one and I hope you can incorporate it into your daily life. And dear friends this is going to be really helpful for you so let's start.

WEIGHT LOOSE

Friends, exercise can help prevent excess weight gain or maintain weight loss. Calories are burned during physical activity. When you do daily exercise more strongly, you waste more calories. Regular trips to the gym are important, but don't stress if you don't have enough time to exercise every day.

Whatever you do is more better or good than doing nothing. Simply increase your daily activity to reap the benefits of exercise. Take the stairs instead of the elevator or work harder on your homework.

IMPROVES MOOD

A workout at the gym, home workout or a brisk walk can help. Different brain chemicals are stimulated by physical activity, making you feel happier, more relaxed and less stressed. Friends, regular or daily exercise can also help you look and feel better about yourself, which can boost your confidence and self-esteem.

INCREASES STRENGHT

Guys, both your muscle strength and endurance can increase with regular exercise. Exercise helps your circulatory system work more efficiently and distributes oxygen and nutrients to your tissues. Plus, you have more energy to complete daily tasks such as home tasks as your heart and lung health improves.

BETTER SLEEP

Friends are you lazy like me haha, but you can sleep better, deeper, and fall asleep more quickly if you exercise regularly. Just keep in mind that if you don't want to be too stimulated to fall asleep, avoid exercising right before bed.

EXERCISE CAN BE ENJOYABLE

Friends, exercise and physical activity can be enjoyable. They provide you the opportunity to unwind, enjoy the outdoors, or simply do activities that bring you joy or happiness.

Furthermore, being physically active could make it easier to socialise with loved ones or close friends. So go trekking or join a cricket team. Choose a sport you enjoy, then jump right in. Try something new or spend time with family, friends, or loved ones.

MAKES OUR MUSCLES STRONG

Steemians do you know? We lose muscle mass and functionality as we age. However, consistent exercise may prevent muscle wasting and preserve strength. Our bodies release hormones during exercise that facilitate muscle absorption of amino acids and promote muscular growth. Additionally, a study found that physical activity throughout our youth increases bone density, which can prevent osteoporosis as we age.

SAVES US FROM CHRONIC DISEASES

Friends, regular exercise can help prevent chronic conditions, including type 2 diabetes and heart disease. It may also be beneficial if you have high cholesterol or high blood pressure.

Consider the effects of lack of exercise on your health. It's linked to high cholesterol, inflammation, heart disease, stroke and diabetes, and it can lead to a lot of belly fat, which we all know is hard to lose.

MAKES OUR SKIN GOOD

You would not assume that exercise can benefit your skin given the amount of perspiration it produces. However, consistent, moderate exercise may boost your body's antioxidant levels.

The free radicals and oxidative stress that can harm your skin are fought off by those antioxidants, which help shield cells. Additionally, exercise boosts blood flow, which has anti-aging benefits.
