Hello, my friend @faran-nabeel, hope you are good. I'm @theentertainer the mod of Steem Alliance, and Hindwhale Community, thanking you for creating the contest, and I will try to share my knowledge regarding this, which will be useful for both the general users and newbies in steemit.

In general, the word curation stands to represent a set of actions like, selecting, organising and checking after a set/collection of items.

What is the meaning of curation on the Steem blockchain?

As I mentioned above, curation represents the work of processing, organising and filtering things from a collection of items, and it is also the same here. But the curation in Steemit is particularly related to one thing and that is the article. And in Steemit this work is done throughout steemit by a group of official Steemit User IDs known as steemcurators, and those IDs are ;-

Furthermore, inside the communities that exist on Steem this work is done by the admins and mods of the respective community.

And one more thing, I want to say that some users think that the upvote and curation are the same, because we get a vote right after the curation done by the curators, but, actually is not the case, curating and upvoting are totally different from each other and, curation only represents the moderation work while, upvote is the reward given after it, if selected.

Could you tell us about community curation teams? How much are you satisfied with their curation?

Yes, of course, in communities, the curation work is done by the mods and admins of the respective community. For example, I'm posting this article in Steem For Pakistan Community and its curation can be done by any mods or admins of this community.

Well, there are a lot of communities working in steemit but to be honest, some of the communities don't do their work properly, while on the other hand, some do it on time. So, according to the performance and sincerity of their curation work, some of them are very satisfactory and others are disappointing.

Do you know about curation rewards?

Simply, yes, I know about the curation reward, and we can earn it by upvoting on a content which we like. And after the completion of the paid out time of that content, we earn 50% of the upvote value as SP(Steem Power).

So far, how many rewards have you earned from your Curation?

---

Till date, in total, I have earned around 16.51 SP as curation reward from my curation work. The curation reward is also highly dependent on your sp power. If your sp is high, then your upvote value becomes high and, ultimately, you also get a good return from your upvote.

How much are you satisfied with the curation of Steem team?

---

Mostly satisfied, and also a little disappointed, because steemcurator accounts from number 03-09 are used by the normal users of Steemit selected by the team, but some users abuse this position and do whatever they want like, giving upvotes to a group of certain people only, and not expanding to other users, increasing and decreasing the vote value when giving it to users, apart from the rule which is decided by the team according to club. And the last one is giving frequent upvotes to themselves.
