Vegetable Pasta |

Pasta is one of the main traditional foods of the food world. Various vegetables and eggs can be added to pasta to make it more delicious. Different types of vegetables fulfill the nutritional requirements of our body. Eating vegetables is very important in the daily diet of everyone, young and old. But most kids don't like to eat vegetables. The nutritional role of vegetables is immense in children's intellectual development and immunity. So today I cooked my kid's favorite pasta with some vegetables. Cooking pasta with vegetables in this way is healthy. Kids will have fun eating vegetables along with their favorite foods.

Pasta 1 packet
Barb is 1 cup
Chopped tomatoes 2pis
Chopped onions
Eggs 2
Chilli
Chat masala
Turmeric 1\4 tsp
Salt
Oil

COOKING METHOD |

Step 1:
To cook the vegetable pasta, I cut the onion, tomato, onion, and green pepper.
2nd Step:
I put a pan on the stove for cooking. To boil the pasta, I let the water in the pan heat up. I place the severed barb in the heated water once it boils. Then I poured the entire pasta packet of pasta into hot water. Then stir with a spoon and cook for 10 minutes.
3rd Step:
After the vegetables and pasta are well cooked, pour them into a basket. Drain the water and cool it.
4th step:
I put another pot on the stove to cook the vegetable pasta. Heat oil in a pot and add chopped onions and green chilies. Brown the chopped onions and green chilies.
5th Step:
When the onion is browned and fried, I will crack two eggs. Fry the egg well by stirring it with a spoon so that the egg does not smell raw.
6th Step:
After frying the eggs, I added chopped tomatoes, salt, chaat masala, and a small amount of turmeric. Then I mixed all the ingredients by stirring with a spoon.
7th Step:
I will cook for some time on low heat to cook the tomato paste. Add the boiled pasta after frying the entire mixture.
8th Step:
I mixed the pasta with the egg well. Stir the vegetables and pasta and cook for 3 minutes.
9th Step:
I added the tomato sauce to the pasta at this point in the cooking process. I next covered the noodles with the tomato sauce.
10th step:
Now I turned off the flame of the stove and served it in a bowl.
Last step:
After serving, I spread the tomato sauce over the vegetable pasta.
Conclusion
