Hello @inudi

Thank you for taking the time to participate in this course of Exploring The Global Cuisine Week#2 that will develop skills and understand of the different global cuisine by the course,l am glade to see your participation in this activity. The suggestions and grading of your assignment here .

  • you tried first time Afghan cuisine and im glad you find it good. I agreed with you ginger garlic will destroy the unique taste of afghan cuisine. Every cusine has some special cooking techniques and spices that makes their food different. You explained the task 1 completely.

  • this is new for me that your local cuisine also has sweet and savory flavour recipe. Any recipe that has beaf or goat cooked to make its stock ,then rice added will have similar taste to it.

  • you make Afghan Polaw very well ,as you tried first time but result is excellent. Your rice looks perfectly cooked with tender meat. I like your recipe presentation.

  • you have mentioned all ingredients in detail in both currency finding the rate of ingredients , prices of rice and meat are slightly cheaper from my area.

  • Presentation of your recipe as well as post presentation is good.

I really encourage you, you tried well. Best of luck for the contest.
