Ingredients
Half a head of broccoli (cut into small florets)
1 box of fresh shrimps
A small handful of fresh black fungus
A small half of a carrot (sliced)
3 scallions (chopped)
1 garlic clove (chopped)
1 tablespoon of light soy sauce
Half a teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
Half a teaspoon of chicken powder
2 tablespoons of cornstarch slurry
1.Bring water to a boil. Add a spoonful of salt and some cooking oil.
2.Pour in the broccoli, black fungus and carrots. Blanch them until they are almost cooked.
3.After blanching, take them out and drain the water. Set aside.
4.Heat oil in another pan. Add scallions and garlic and stir - fry until fragrant.
5.Put in the shrimps.
6.Stir - fry until the shrimps change color.
7.Pour in the blanched ingredients.
8.Season with light soy sauce, salt and oyster sauce.
9.Pour in the cornstarch slurry (make a thin thickening) and stir - fry over high heat.
10.Add a little chicken powder before taking it out of the pan. Stir well and it's ready. It's nutritious and delicious!
