Wonton Noodle(云吞面)

Ingredients:
Noodles: about 200g
Wonton wrappers: about 20 sheets
Pork filling: about 100g
Shrimp: about 100g
Green onion: appropriate amount
Soy sauce: appropriate amount
Sesame oil: appropriate amount
Broth or chicken broth: appropriate amount
White pepper: appropriate amount
Cooking wine: appropriate amount
Salt: appropriate amount
Ginger: appropriate amount
Egg: 1 (optional)

Steps:
1.First, put the pork filling, shrimp, green onion and ginger into a food processor, add appropriate amount of salt, white pepper and cooking wine, mix well to make the filling.
2.Then, take a piece of wonton skin, put the right amount of filling in the center, fold the wonton skin into a triangle, and then pinch the two corners together to form the shape of wonton.
3.In a pot of boiling water, add some salt, then put the wonton into the pot and cook until the wonton floats.
4.Meanwhile, take another pot of water and bring it to a boil, add the noodles and cook until the noodles are cooked through.
5.Remove the cooked noodles and put them into a bowl, then place the cooked wontons on top of the noodles.
6.Finally, pour the hot stock or chicken broth into the bowl, add the appropriate amount of soy sauce and sesame oil, and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
