following the announcement of this contest by the siz moderators, in which they stated there as seen below.
"As we see most users of siz community is newcomers having low sp in their wallet. Remember higher sp in your wallet is very important for your growth. To raise your SP you should power up. We recommend every user to make habit of powerup. If users of the community are stronger then they will make deligation and make their community strong."
