I am amazed on how the months really goes so very fast because it was like yesterday when I sat in front of the hospital where the Pulmunologist examined my chest x-ray and telling me that I have a tuberculosis and that I have to take some anti-TB medication for half a year.
Now I am nearing the completion of four months under the Isoniazid-Rifampicin drug therapy and soon enough God-willing I will complete the six months therapy for it and still I am not so sure if I do have Tuberculosis or not as the doctor just based his diagnosis from a couple of x-ray results that I had.
This coming week I will have to get a chest x-ray once again and get too see that doctor again so that I can be prescribed with the medicine I mentioned and hope that I will not be prescribed more or it will just be too much already and I might stop seeing that doctor because of that.
I do not like to ingest drugs anymore, it is just in some instances I just have to like the caffeine and my Cinacalcet and my phosphate binder plus my Calcium carbonate and vitamins.
Other than those plus Gabapentin I do not want to add toxins anymore to my body and that includes additional medicines which I know in the long run would affect my health negatively.
That is why I am also taking good bacteria because Rifampicin-Isoniazid is an antibiotic which will surely affect my guts and good bacteria helps me into not getting ailments in my intestines.
If I really had the TB then I am hoping that I would be cured since I am taking my medicine religiously. I am just not taking the vitamin-B complex that the doctor had prescribed to me for the fear of getting an overdose of B-vitamins. I had known a patient who took such vitamins and he just died because of that case of vitamin overdose.
As for vitamin C I am really not missing on taking it because it works wonders to the body and I can attest into that because it helped me with my resistance against the common cold and even maybe other viruses in my body. Hopefully I am also resistant to CoViD because of my regular Vitamin C intake.
Taking vitamin C is very important. I don't know if you could OD on vitamin C. Is it possible?

I've been taking Vitamin C for about 19 years now and currently I am taking about 1 gram a day @gungho
For normal persons with normal kidney functions they might develop a kidney stone but it is very manageable and treatable anyway.
But what I can say is that it protects us from viruses and certain cancers.
