CHOCOLATE COVERED COOKIES are a great idea for a delicious breakfast or snack! Ingredients -2 eggs -120g of sugar -100g of seed oil -8g baking powder -150g of potato starch - 250 g of flour for desserts -Chocolate chips -dark chocolate Preparation Crack the eggs into a bowl, add the sugar, seed oil, and yeast. Start mixing and when the mixture is homogeneous, add the potato starch, the chocolate chips and the flour. When the dough no longer sticks to your fingers, it is ready to use. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin until it is 1 cm thick and shape the cookies. Place the cookies on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake at 180° for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, melt the dark chocolate in a bain-marie and when the cookies are cooked and finally cooled, dip one end into the chocolate and let them dry in a cool place. Enjoy your breakfast 😋
