Forse molti non lo sanno perche' la notizia e' passata sotto traccia, ma siamo andati molto ma molto vicini dal poter consegnare, legalmente, una doppietta, un fucile da caccia, ai 16 enni.
Nei piani dell'attuale governo, a nome di Enrico Aimi, era stato presentato un disegno di legge al senato per consentire ai 16 enni di andare a caccia e di portare legalmente un'arma.

Le modifiche in questo disegno di legge, inoltre, permetterebbero di cacciare dall'alba al tramonto ed anche un ora dopo la scomparsa del sole.
La razza umana e' la sola sul pianeta che non caccia per necessita' (accadeva nei secoli passato, oggi lo fanno soltanto poche tribu' nei paesi del terzo mondo) ma per diletto, uccidendo degli altri
esseri viventi per il piacere di farlo.

Ogni tanto leggo la cazzata che i cacciatori sarebbero dei sensibili amanti della natura perche' aiutano a “fare selezione” fra le razze animali, in realta' e' solo divertimento con lo scopo di vantarsi al
bar la domenica mattina.
Questo disegno di legge, al momento doverosamente bloccato, sottolinea che i sedicenni possono andare a caccia armati col consenso “scritto” dei genitori.

Il solo vincolo e' che, fino alla maggiore eta', i sedicenni dovrebbero andare a caccia insieme a dei maggiorenni che siano cacciatori abilitati da almeno 3 anni.
Sempre in quel geniale disegno di legge si lavora per restringere le aree proibite alla caccia, cioe' permetterlo in aree sempre piu' vaste, praticamente ovunque.
Sempre nel decreto saranno autorizzati a sparare tutto l'anno i titolari ed i dipendenti di attivita' turistiche, agricole e venatorie, persino chi ha un agriturismo potra' sparare per 12 mesi ogni anno.

Quindi, se questo decreto legge vedra' la luce i boschi vedranno la presenza di ragazzini con la doppietta.
A portare il giro il cane, come faccio io, ci sara' da rischiare le piume.

This bill, currently dutifully blocked, emphasizes that sixteen-year-olds can go hunting armed with the "written" consent of their parents.

The only restriction is that, until they reach the age of majority, sixteen-year-olds should go hunting together with adults who have been certified hunters for at least 3 years.
Also in that brilliant bill, work is done to restrict the areas prohibited to hunting, that is, to allow it in ever larger areas, practically everywhere.
Also in the decree, owners and employees of tourist, agricultural and hunting businesses will be authorized to shoot all year round, even those who have a farm will be able to shoot for 12 months every year.

So, if this decree law sees the light, the woods will see the presence of kids with shotguns.
To carry the dog around, as I do, there will be a risk of feathers.
