I hope the tea time was enjoyable. I am posting in the Italy community and I hope they like my posts. It would be interesting to organize some edited flower contest with image editing software... since I have never organized a contest before, I am unfamiliar with the workflow to do that task... maybe you could help me with the process by providing guidance on how to proceed with this intention. Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:

All you have to do is make a post and tell what is expected and please, show some examples and everyone who likes to join should be able to. We can not ask people to buy a new phone, camera or tools. To many already wifi and power is a problem.
I am not sure if everyone knows how to take a macro photo and if they have a flower.
It is your task to tell the participants what is good/wrong/likes or so it's a learning process for everyone.
At the end of the contest (it's fine if it takes longer than 1 week) you pick the winner and I pay the prizes.
