Whenever I go to the supermarket, it always catches my eye—sourdough!
I love bread, and I’ve been pretty successful making it at home, with about a 70-80% success rate, according to me! Lol.
I adore sourdough’s texture, crispiness, and how much healthier it is compared to other types. It instantly tops my list. But I’ve never had the courage to buy it—I always thought I’d make it at home someday. You’ve brought that secret wish to the surface.
I’d love to know the ‘right’ process you usually follow and how it’s made traditionally.
