I have found that I can transfer from Coinmerce to my own wallet without any problems. However, I don't remember whether I had to verify my own wallet.

Seriously: Of course I can't do that. But not even Steemit can do that. It's more about accessibility if the worst comes to the worst. Try writing to @steem ;-)
There is of course the official way of recovery in the steemitwallet. However, you will need the email address you used when you registered. Do you remember it?

If it comes to Coinmerce I have Steem in the Coinmerce wallet and it's connected to my bankaccount but they say I cannot transfer it to my Steem wallet. After hours of talk the IT department said it's not possible and they will not open a Steem account in the next years. So what I miss is the chain (easy way) between the Steemit wallet and Coinmerce.
I find it strange that it works for you. 🤔 Do they have a German department as well?
Btw The steemit wallet should be verified and this is the bottleneck, it doesn't work. I tried several times and that nowhere talk (about me being treated like a scammed elderly ) was the result.😐

I think the attempts are not limited. As I said, communication is the difficult part. You can't get hold of anyone. So it can be questionable whether the email from Steemit is just not arriving because no one has processed it yet or because it was the wrong email address. There have already been a few users here who have discussed this...
Strange! They also offer the withdrawal of STEEM. If it wouldn't work to transfer to an external wallet, the whole thing makes no sense at all. The statement is nonsense!
I had my address verified in 2021. Everything was still very simple back then. I also know that I had to write several emails because they didn't understand that the addresses consist of simple words. At first they said ‘moecki’ couldn't be the address. Eventually it worked out.
But I can't tell you what needs to be shown on the screenshot for them to accept it as your wallet. Although I think that's silly. It's up to me to decide where I want to transfer the coins to. Whether to Africa or Asia or to my wallet!
I would have thought it would be easier for you, as you can talk to them in Dutch. I had to do it in English back then, which didn't make it any easier.
