Hello my dear Steemians,
Today is 26th of December in UK it is also called Boxing day and that is not because of a sport Boxing but because it is another holiday when people present each other presents, that usually in boxes.
In Germany it is a second Christmas day and people still visit some friends, gather together and have nice time.
Our day today started with cup of coffee and after that a nice walk. Luckily it is not raining today but it is fogy despite of that the temperature is about 7-8C and that is absolutely fine for fresh walk.
For our walk we decided to choose the waterside, it is a canal where we have boats travelling from one city to another transporting some goods.
We have this nice path wide and covered with nice surface that is great for bicycle riding, our city Münster is famous for cycling. Today the cycling path was empty because not many people were outside today
When we look at water we see the ducks many of them still sleeping and some decided to leave the bank because of us, they might have a fright of people and danger from us.
There are some people rowing on canal because it is free of boats. I also would love to do this but I am not a good swimmer so not really good idea.
On other side of path is it a field and there are wild geese.
Over here is the bridge that is going over the water canal, this bridge is new, when we were in summer then there were a lot of construction work ongoing.
We definitely will try this bridge in summer with bicycle. This walk in fresh air gave us an energy for the whole day.
