You raised a good point, sir. We all once sought to change the world, or rather, to change something that in our understanding does not work correctly. Personally, it was useful for me to change, because I understood that first of all you need to be a different person yourself, that is, to improve yourself, first of all, to become better, more professional. When I was a boss and had employees subordinate to me, I tried to be a good example for my people, and this gave excellent results. This means that in my world I have changed something for the better. I understood one thing: when we change, the world in which we live changes. It is important to know and be able to see the right aspects of your decisions and desires. I would be very glad if I could answer your question a little. Thank you so much for your post. Good luck and all the best to you.

Reflection: Doing the "Right Thing" and Dreams of Making A Difference
A wise person once pointed out to me that that we "must heal OURSELVES before we can heal the WORLD."
Doing the right thing often requires deeper knowledge of ourselves... which means we have to reach a place when we are ready to look inside ourselves, rather than look outside for our sense of what to do next. It's easy to follow others blindly like sheep... not so much to strike out in our own direction because we know it's the good thing to do.
