路易佳鐸酒莊勃根地黑皮諾紅酒 2020，這隻也是屬於比較清新的紅酒，可以即開即喝，醒個 20 分鐘更佳，適飲溫度16 ~18 度，是大區級的產區為 勃根地金丘〔Cote d’Orient〕，用黑皮諾〔Pinot Noir〕葡萄釀成〔六百多年的古老葡萄品種，皮薄果實小〕。

這是也是果香味明顯，單寧度較低，不過比昨天的薄酒萊新酒醇厚一些。

路易佳鐸酒莊〔Maison Louis Jadot〕：路易佳鐸算是勃根地〔Burgundy〕的大廠〔五大名莊之一〕，已有超過 150 年的歷史〔創於1859年〕，酒標是羅馬酒神 Baccus 的頭，在勃根地地區的很多地方都有葡萄園〔約 154 公頃〕，且僅量使用降低人為干擾只使用天然酵母。
