今天是星期天，@mrpointp以及他单位的几名同事找到一名老师教她们跳舞，而我带着小朋友到练舞室观摩了一下午，哈哈，她们简直就像上演了一部小品。
说小品是因为真的很搞笑，首先是因为她们没有任何人有舞蹈基础，虽然需要学习的舞蹈不算复杂，但对于新手来说真的很不容易学。歌曲是很欢快的节奏，因此动作也需要快节奏，而今天仅仅是把一个个分解动作学会就已经很不易了。
原本@mrpointp以为跳舞对于他来说是比较简单的体力活，因为他以前跑步健身都轻松应对，这他还真的想简单了，经历了一天的练习（实际练习时间大概五六个小时），他回到家说自己只想马上睡觉。
虽然大家都很疲惫，但是效果不是很好，下午她们自行练习的时候已经把上午老师教的动作忘记大半了，以至于还需要重新一个动作一个动作回忆和熟悉，但是直到练习结束也没有较好的一次性完成。我说的一次性完成是指不忘记动作就行，动作标准与否暂且不谈。
