Took a walk, lifted weights, did 30 pushups and jumped around to intense raw rock music like this...

Search and Destroy by Iggy and The Stooges is a loud fast raw rock song, kind of Punk Rock before it was a genre.

You re not going to like it. Its too raw and noisy. But sometimes when you wanna thrash around, that's what you need!
