Hello friends of #steemit and this community greetings. I'm looking for people who support sport and wellness and I hope you like what I do. stopping by to start sharing with you an activity that promotes a healthy and active lifestyle, offering totally free functional workouts, follow up and nutrition seminars to bring you closer to your wellness goal.

We will also have future contests, called #wellnesschallenges
that we will launch for everyone to participate in the #steemit platform. and so through a very fun and dynamic activity you will have wellness results. I hope you like it and it helps you.

These workouts are not live and has already begun..the idea is to show them daily but at least every 3 days we will comply with you, as it takes us to organize edit and show the best shots. for your best enjoyment. we are about 5 coaches, where some evaluate others give the workouts, others record and so we rotandonos weekly. until we achieve an excellent group work.

The training plan is unique for all practitioners, but the execution of the movements will depend on the group that corresponds to each person according to his or her state of health (age, sex, sports condition, injuries, etc.) and on the tests carried out by the trainers.

The basis of Functional Training is one of the best and most solid that have been presented. Muscle activity and mobility, so necessary to enjoy a correct quality of life, should be based on what is most functional for us, which is the movement of the body in all its planes and possibilities, taking into account, of course, the user's objectives and/or injuries.

The program is designed to be performed with the Tábata (High Intensity Interval Training) protocol. The high intensity interval should be performed at or near the maximum effort limit and the low intensity period is typically at 50% of maximum capacity.

The 8 weeks of work, allows the practitioner to progressively develop the correct postures for each exercise, and then adapt the intensity and speed of the exercises.
