Every day of our lives is full with Experiences,so like to share with you how I get juice from vegetable leaf.
INTRODUCTION OF VEGETABLE LEAF
Vegetable leaf can be seen as Leaf use for food,most specially vegetable leaf may be
seen as any plant, part of which is used for food, the secondary meaning then is being the edible part of such a plant. A it can be known as any plant part consumed for food that is not a fruit or seed, but including mature fruits that are eaten as part of a main meal.
Vegetable Leaf play an important role in our body system by providing some Important mineral needed in the body.
IMPORTANT OF VEGETABLE LEAF IN OUR BODY
It is true that leafy green vegetables are very important part of a healthy diet in our body.
They are full with vitamins, minerals and fiber that helps to nourished our body system, but it is low in calories.
Eating a diet rich in leafy greens can gives many health benefits to our body system including reducing therisk of obesity, heart disease, high blood pressure and mental decline and also improve our blood.
HOW I GOTTEN THE VEGETABLE LEAF JUICE
The vegetable Leaf I used to get the juice is the one planted with out applying of fertilizer, I get it from my farm, wash it in Clean water and that the process of removing the juice

After this process I put it in a container applied a cup of water base on the quality of the leaf because i needed the the greenish part of the vegetable Leaf.

After this process,I used my filter to gently filter it into a clean plate, which shows that my vegetable Leaf juice is ready and should be filter again into a bottle container.

At this point I will now put it into a bottle container for consumption, it is of note that, because of shortage blood that makes me to produce the vegetable leaf juice which is not to be taken alone,

At this point,I have come to the final process of the vegetable Leaf juice,we you can see it very greenish in nature and because of it purpose I needed to use it for I apply peak milk liquid so as to build my blood.
My Steemians this is the final process of my work and it good in our body system because of its minerals and vitamins involve.
So this can be apply If any body have shortage of blood.
