Step 2

After grating it, I set it aside, then I put water into a pot and place on fire to boil. The water quantity depends on how plenty your wateryam is.

What was your greatest challenge being a chef on that day?

The only challenge I was supposed to have had was grating the Wateryam with a manual grater, that is if the Wateryam was much but I thank God it was small water yam so the process did not take time, if not the grater would have wounded me at the end.

How did you overcome the challenges?

Like I said earlier that the water yam was not plenty to grate with the manual grater, it was a little cooking and I didn't really encounter that much challenge.

Will you quit being a chef and depend on a restaurant?

I don't even think there's any restaurants that cook this type of my meal and sell, because of how it looks and the process involve in doing it.

I have never ordered food from the restaurant and no matter how tedious it is for me to prepare my food I will surely do it with gladness knowing fully well that I will eat my food and enjoy it at the end. Besides, cooking has become part of my life as there's no single that passes without I putting a pot on fire to cook. Very soon I will open a restaurant 🤣.

Just give a try on this one first, before you give a conclusion on the banana own, though I've not tasted the Ottor that's been prepared with banana before so I don't know how good it taste.
