Fever grass also known as lemon grass is one of the most commonly used as herbs and tea. Alot of people love it not only because of its numerous health benefits but also because of it's attractive scents. Fever grass as it is commonly called is believed to treat fever by many.

Many people believe that it is the best herb to mix with others for stomach ache and other ailments. Fever grass is believed to be a stress relief drink. it cuts down on anxiety. Fever grass is known to reduce cholesterol.This is measured by the amount of fever grass one can drink at a time and the kinds of food one is eating.
