I sleep early to wakeup early.

I wokeup early like always.. went through my phone while I was brushing and freshening up.. after which I wore my sports wear.. put on my earphones..😌🎧 set the music and enjoyed the music while I ran...
10km everyday . Takes consistency and alot of will power .. some days I just wanna lay in bed like everyone else... And then I remember how bored and unsatisfied I will be if i don't go.
Running keeps me optimistic 😂.. there was this one time I gave into the voice in my head telling me to sleep... The rest of the day was white and black nothing seem to go right.
After the run I hit the gym for and workout and after the workout I went home on my way back home I bought bananas 🤤 ma love for this fruit..
I ate took a bath and left for work.. the bananas got me stuffed so I really didn't worry about breakfast.
Had snacks instead while I worked ..there's never much to tell about Workin.. it's usually just work n work.. and more work.
When I wasn't having any customers I was busy reading... Reading has a way of increasing your brain capacity.. you won't be like Einstein smart but you'll be alright.
I felt hungry towards evening and had something to eat
It was already evening when I handed over things to my mother I work the day shifts and she works the evening shifts..which is only for and hour or two.. am assisting her with work because of her health issues.
I went home took a bath laid in bed and watched "HELD"
After which I f ell fast asleep.
