허리 통증이 많이 좋아졌다. 무엇보다 바른 자세를 유지하는게 제일 중요하다. 그럼 조금씩 좋아진다. 걷기 운동도 분명 효과가 있다. 완전 통증이 없어지면 복근 운동을 조금씩 해볼 생각이다.

올해 아버지 80 생신을 준비해야 한다. 친척분 모시고 외부에서 작게 행사를 하려고 한다.
어머니께서 아버지 돌침대를 준비하시려 한다. 이부자리 펴는것 힘든데 괜찮을듯 하다.
잘한 일 : 아내 베개 선물
감사한 일 : 아내 얼굴이 항상 밝고 좋다. 밥도 맛있게 잘 해준다
