Hello everyone!!
I am starting a series of lessons on meditation. I will write them in a form of lessons. But to be precise I am not going to teach you meditation but to I would love to share my personal experience and skills in meditation.

What is meditation?
Meditation isn’t about becoming a different person, a new person, or even a better person. It’s about training in awareness and getting a healthy sense of perspective. You’re not trying to turn off your thoughts or feelings. You’re learning to observe them without judgment. And eventually, you may start to better understand them as well.

My experience

I have been practicing meditation for almost half a year everyday. It was amazing and new for me as I never tried anything like this before. I meditate at least for one hour in the morning. I think even 5 minutes of meditation is better than no meditation at all. I practice meditation at any free time as it is so vital to keep things balanced in modern life. We get stressed everyday and we need something to make our minds clear and healthy.

I am not going to teach you and you do not have blindly follow my methods. I would love to share with Steemit Community my beautiful experience of meditation and motivate each one to try it at least once. I am sure the benefits of meditation will be helpful to the majority of people. I will use all sources I tried and give you links to original source so you will study more details by yourself.

I am sure just few people think about self awakening or awareness. I haven't thought about this concepts until ai didn't start to meditate. Without awareness we live like biological machines controlled by our feelings and emotions. Now I that I am not my emotions and I can control them. In my next posts I share more useful knowledge about meditation and how it changed my life.

How beautiful that you have experienced a positive change through meditation, now you control your world, and your emotions, but I am sure that all this has started with your own decisions. That is to say, you made the decision to meditate, you have made the decision to continue day by day being constant, and I congratulate you on that. Regular meditation makes excellent connections between the neurons in the brain, relaxes the body, and frees the mind from the responsibility of monitoring body activity. Meditation teaches to use the power of the mind.

I really would like to learn this practice

I usually do meditation when I'm upset and in trouble. The meditation makes us a little calm. And what makes me calmer is when I put my forehead on the ground when I pray to god.
