A new day, a new barbecue,
Today, however, a little different from the usual because it is a somewhat particular grilled fish.
A grilled sea bream with homemade charcoal.
I marinated it very simply with a little garlic, a lemon and a bit of parsley.
I put the fish on the grill and then started making charcoal by burning a lot of wood.
You have to let everything burn well and then create a glowing base.
It takes a lot longer, but in the end the fish gets a really very good smoky flavor.
Once the charcoal was prepared I put the fish on the grill and after a few minutes it was ready.
