Hello dear friends,
this is the first episode of my BBQ series posts.
I invited few friends, and I really wanted to impress them with my BBQ skills, so I prepared for them 3 kinds of meat:
- KEBAB
- AMERICAN STYLE RIBS
- CHICKEN SKEWERS
Today I'm sharing about KEBAB.
First thing I have to say is that this is not a traditional recipe, this is my personal interpretation of this world-famous dish.
PREPARATION
I used beef minced meat as you can see from the first photo, then I started to season it following my tastes.
First I cut red-hot pepper, garlic and green pepper.
I sliced as you can see in the photo, and mixed all together.
Then I mixed with the minced meat.
Once ready, I moved the seasoned meat into a bowl and I added the species:
- Salt and pepper
- Paprika
- Garlic salt
- Curry
I mixed everything together, and I prepared an oval ball.
Wrapped everything into an aluminum foil.
Then I started to prepare the bread.
I divided the dough into small balls, and then I prepared the flat bread.
For the sausage, I used red garlic, coriander, and red-hot pepper.
I squeezed everything with my hands and the sauce was finally ready.
I started to prepare the skewers with the marinated minced meat I prepared before.
Just few minutes on the grill, do not keep them long time, or they get too hard and dry.
They are ready, put the meat in the bread and add the sausage we prepared before, they are really delicious.
