It is great feedback. We will make notes internally and consider the enhancements to make the UX better.

About the Holdex brand name.

We want people to be invested long-term (that is "hold") in Crypto. And also we want to encourage them to take advantage of new opportunities in Crypto and exchange (that is "ex"). So hold + ex = holdex.
