What we need:
4.5kg / 10lb of mandarins
Recipe:
- Peel mandarins.

- Add to juice:
1kg / 2,2lb of sugar
30gr / 0,06lb of unwached raisins - Cover with a cloth a capacity with juice.
- Leave alone for 3 days.
- After three days will appear foam
- Filter a juice across the cloth to the one big bottle.
- Take a tubule and put one end of a tubule in a bottle of juice, and another end in a bottle of water.
- Leave wine alone and wait for the end of fermentation
- To drain in bottles and wait 1 year. After 1 year you will have a great mandarine wine.
