How to make a wine from mandarin

What we need:
4.5kg / 10lb of mandarins

Recipe:

  1. Peel mandarins.
  2. Squeeze juice from mandarins.
  3. Add to juice:
    1kg / 2,2lb of sugar
    30gr / 0,06lb of unwached raisins
  4. Cover with a cloth a capacity with juice.
  5. Leave alone for 3 days.
  6. After three days will appear foam
  7. Filter a juice across the cloth to the one big bottle.
  8. Take a tubule and put one end of a tubule in a bottle of juice, and another end in a bottle of water.

  9. Leave wine alone and wait for the end of fermentation
  10. To drain in bottles and wait 1 year. After 1 year you will have a great mandarine wine.
