Do you know Cryptocurrency? An Entry to Huobi Essay Contest

Hi guys @joanpablo here sharing a piece of my crypto journey and how i learn about cryptocurrency. It was May 2017 when i got involve in bitcoin. I just saw an advertisement on facebook that offer's free bitcoin literacy online, so i join their group and attend free seminar about how to use and make profit with bitcoin. That time i'm curious on how to earn online and wanted to have an extra income at home. After a several meeting/seminar online via zoom cloud meeting app, I invest in a bitcoin based company where you will earn bitcoin by inviting people to join in that company, you have to invite thirty persons to get a reward of 0.96 btc that's a group effort so we work it out hoping to get a reward of 0.96 btc that's $2000 worth at that time. But after two months it just turn to a scam, our investment didn't get a profit in return. That's my first time in investing in bitcoin and i learn that it 's not a networking scheme that you need to invite before you earn bitcoin, and it will not give you a fix income. You need to do your own research first before you put your money in any kind of investment. After that happen my friend teach me how to collect free coins using faucets like coinpot, where i can claim free coins every 60 seconds, and i started to trade cryptocurrency in poloniex exchange, i just invest 10$ and try to learn basic trading after one month it gain 600% then i roll my profit and put some investment in binance and coinexchnage. But as they say it is not only you are good in researching and decision making, it requires also a little luck and probability. Trading is risky but it gives great profit. I just take the risk and give my best effort and i'm eager to learn every step to make my platforms online works. I also try to invest on gambling and hyip site's but it only last for one to two months. Then in December 2017 i saw a post of one of my friend in facebook Royce, he post his income in airdrop worth $2000 i was amazed, i don't have any idea about airdrop and bounty that time so i ask him what is the mechanics to earn money from airdrop and bounty. At first i didn't do it because it involve too much social media account and require a minimum number of followers that time i only use Facebook, but i wanted to learn more in crypto space and what amazed me the most is that you can earn free money by doing task in airdrop and bounty, you just simply share your referral link on social media then you will get an additional reward for every referrals and by joining a social media, blog/article, telegram, signature and youtube campaigns and by simply promoting the token or coin. And in return they will give you a free token that you can sell when it will be available in the market after the ICO or
token pre-sale stage.

My first income in airdrop is worth almost $600, last February 2018 i sell my 2700 "Ucash" token in Btc Alpha exchange, i can't imagine that i will get a free $600 just by doing airdrop, i get more excited so i decided to do airdrop everyday as possible as i can, it's like a hobby to me and i'm happy i able to help my family provide their needs and it became my bread and butter, trading and airdrop.

Then in February 2018 i started to participate social media campaigns bounty and some bounty platform that don't need reports like bountyhive, actually February is my lucky month i receive another potential airdrop 333,333 Hydro tokens it is a fintech blockchain, it enables private financial systems to seamlessly leverage the public blockchain. Cloud applications throughout the financial services ecosystem can now benefit from the power of smart contracts, creating more secure, transparent and low cost financial products globally. At first we didn't expect it will have a value because it just started at price of 1 sat then it reach it's peak price worth $0.014 each last May 2018. As for now i still have holdings on hydro token because i believe it has a huge potential and real projects. I prefer hold the coins that have less supply like hydro it has 11 billion total supply, it had a airdrop which dropped 222,222 to 444,444 tokens for each participants. In the same way ripple has 100 billion market supply, ripple needs 100 billion market cap, it might take longer for ripple. When Hydro token gets a cap of 11 billion each coin worth $1 that's $222,222 to $444,444 just for participating airdrop, isn't good? big money lies in waiting as Warren Buffet says. I never earn like this before it's really an amazing opportunity for me that it doesn't require any amount of capital to invest. Not all airdrop and bounty are legit but if you are really determined and love this kind of opportunity just continue it and for sure you will have huge profit in the future. I'm still learning so many things in cryto space and i thank God i met some generous crypto enthusiast people online who is guiding me until now to our leader @otom you are one of my mentor and the one who convince me join in steemit, @ankarlie you are an inspiration to me and to the rest of our group i can't mention you all , i never do articles before but this has given me more opportunity in crypto world. Now i'm able to write an article for ICO like swachhcoin, precharge, webn, bdt, filipcoin and many more. And this is my first time to join a huge essay contest, to the newbie's in crypto my advice is just continue doing research before you invest, we might loose for sometimes but never give up, this is our future it's not just an investment or asset this is a modern technology, don't afraid to adapt and try it. The best practices and right attitude i learn based on my experience is "right mindset" i believe that success is 99% mindset and 1% mechanism. Mindset influences the mechanism like a wheel on a car. And be patient, success doesn't happen overnight. I've been to a lot of frustrations, scams, depression, ups and down but it doesn't stop me from doing what i love and reaching my goals. Crypto market has a lot of challenges due to fluctuations. I just ignore it when the market are down and getting myself busy in doing bounty task and airdrop.
To those who doesn't adopt crypto currencies yet,remember do your own research,some of your friends or relative's says it's a scam but don't try to convince all of them we can't please everybody and its just a waste of time. Running none stop for nine years with almost zero financial loss on the chain itself, bitcoin has became the most reliable and secure financial network in the world. It has been subject to every attacks, spamming, social attacks, forks, goverment crackdown, fud attacks, hashpower and minning attacks and more recently brand hijacking from unscrupolous groups that spend exorbitant amounts of money to try and destroy bitcoin. All the attacks have failed, and network become more resilient as a result. If we want to learn how to earn in crypto currency start investing in yourself first, it really needs time and a lot of effort. I always believe in "the more you earn, the more you serve" keep on sharing knowledge in crypto space. No body is too busy, it's a matter of priorities, what we do today will change our future.
