That is a bad situation to be in honestly, I have had this feeling here too but media here is relatively better. Yes, they can still be controlled I feel.
Someone who wanted to get there but hasn't made it will sometimes do it better then the ones who qualified :D I have experienced this, amateurs are at times better than the professionals :D

Sadly they are controlled here too. They have masters and handlers that control their every word.
I am waiting for someone who is slandered in their reporting to sue them. They are protected, only as long as they tell the truth. If they lie, they are open to legal attack. I think that day will be soon!
Then with a big enough judgement against them, the one lied about will own that news service! THEN things get interesting....

That's a sorry state to be honest but again just like steemit, There's very little we can do about it.
Yeah, that's what I wish too. Their job is to tell us the truth and this is what they should be forced to do only or they should be made to face the law.
Looks like a fine story but I don;t see it happening anytime soon as its all under their controlled and they being the people with a lot of money wont let this go out of their hands this easily.

The media has become sloppy and it exposes them to serious legal action. I am hopeful that they will run aground on the legal reef of truth!
Once they start loosing, those wronged will pile on extra lawsuits.It will become a feeding frenzy.

I don;t see a positive change happening anytime soon in the media industry, its surely having a downfall and are just surviving but lets see what happens in future
