Hi everyone!

My name is Garret Fisher! I'm 26 years old and i'm looking to impact/change peoples lives through the education of health and fitness. I know this subject is some what played out in todays world, but I feel like I can still do a lot of good. I plan on providing all sorts of of education ranging from nutrition, workouts, weight loss and even ways to improve ones overall wellness. I want to keep my posts REAL and RELATABLE to everybody. I know how hard the journey of living a healthy lifestyle is, but I hope through my STEEMIT account that I can help you push past whatever fitness barrier you maybe facing and help reach your goals!

So who am I?
I'm a celebrity personal trainer, professional CrossFit athlete, and a member of the CrossFit HQ Seminar staff. I currently hold a Level 1 and Level 2 certification in CrossFit, and am working towards obtaining a Level 3 certification in the near future. My passion for fitness aids from a competitive background in both baseball and basketball, which includes 2 years of college baseball at San Joaquin Delta College. My biggest accomplish so far in the field of fitness has been helping the celebrity/ rapper RICK ROSS lose over 65lbs in less then a year and change his life!

I have also qualified for the CrossFit Games 3 times, with my highest placing being 5th place in 2013 earning the title of "5th Fittest Man on Earth." And that's about it.
