Thanks for this. It's been a long and difficult journey back to my body and voice. I'm glad we survived.

I'm going to write more on this topic, since there's so much more to say. I was silenced as a kid, but I'm not silent anymore. I know how hard it is to heal from this and to break out of all the conditioned patterns it sets up in a child and, later, an adult. There is also so much denial.

I went through multiple therapies, and the process of releasing so much trauma, before I found myself in a place where I could share my experiences.

You are welcome. I've also been through therapies and also alternative routes to let go what i call a deep root hack. I speak out as well, I never told anyone what happened to me unti I was in my late teens and no longer suffered at the hands of my abusers.

My family rejected my experience and that's when I found out enablers of preditors are abusers too. I no longer associate with enablers of psychopaths.

I'm so happy to met you --- eyes open, no fear!
