That's really an amazing initiative. Frankly speaking we really do need it here. But all I fear is downvotes. How will u make sure that ppl don't get downvoted, just because his opinions don't match to someone else.... I have followed your account. Let's see what kind of discussions come up. Between I was thinking that maybe instead of providing 25% rewards to 1 commenter, I think it might be more effective and beneficial, if u share that 25% with various good commenters.

Thank you for your ideas. We will start as planned and then see how things go. We don't encourage flagging, since everyone is entitled to free speech (apart from heavy spamming). The point is to offer counterarguments, not censorship. We believe the reward price is a good motivation, but again, we do need to see how things will evolve.
