What interesting times these are and navigating them can be icky and sticky at best but also there are ways to attain and maintain a higher energetic frequency to help us attain greater wealth of health and happiness.
I want to share these tools, techniques and teachings with all of you who are interested in beginning your own personal healing journey; the journey within where it all begins!
I have a love of the old teachings that remind us that this life is an experience and if we are to experience better it begins with our ability to think for our self and use our head for something more than just a hat rack.
My journey to this moment in time has been, like everyone's unique journey, filled with ups, downs, sideways and more. How I navigate beyond the drama is by using meditation, prayer, true nourishment of mind body and spirit!
Why body mind soup? Well we are a mix of all of our experiences and all these experiences express within our body and we can use our mind to overcome and expand into a better experience...but it takes practice!
One of the best ways I stay in a higher vibration is by using food as medicine, breath as connection and gratitude as a guide post along the way.
