- CHICKEN BROTH 1 L
- GROVIERA cheese 200 gr
- WHITE WINE ½ glasses
- BAGUETTE ½
- Salt to taste.

1)Chopped the onions finely. Take a pot and place the butter. Once melted, add the onions and leave to cook over low heat for 20/30 minutes. If necessary, add two tablespoons of water

1) Tagliate le cipolle finemente. Prendete una pentola e scioglietevi il burro. Una volta sciolto, aggiungete le cipolle e lasciatele stufare a fuoco basso per 20/30 minuti.
Se necessario, aggiungere due cucchiai di acqua.
2)Quando le cipolle saranno morbidissime, aggiungete la farina e lasciatele cuocere per circa 3 minuti. Ricordatevi di mescolare bene per evitare la formazione di grumi. Dopo di che, aumentate l'intensità della fiamma e sfumate con il vino bianco.
Per finire aggiungete il brodo, il salate e il pepe. Lasciate cuocere per circa 15 minuti a fuoco medio-basso.

Finally add the chicken broth , salt and pepper. Cook for about 15 minutes on medium-low heat.
3)Accendete il forno a 200 gradi. Tagliate il pane e mettetelo a riscaldare in forno finché non sarà bello dorato.
3)Turn on the oven at 200 degrees. Cut the bread and place it in the oven until it is golden.
4)Prendete delle terrine in terracotta. Metteteci dentro qualche fetta di pane, un po' di formaggio grattugiato ed infine coprite il tutto con la zuppa. Aggiungeteci un altro po' di formaggio grattugiato.
4)Take some bowls. Place in: a few slices of bread, some grated cheese and then cover with the soup. Add other grated cheese.
5)Infornate a 200°C per 10 minuti. La vostra zuppa di cipolle è pronta per essere servita. Buon appetito.
5)Bake at 200 ° C for 10 minutes. Your delicious onion soup is ready to be eaten. Enjoy your meal.

It's very easy when you are about to finish cooking in the oven use the gratinéed mode (hot air cooks the top) for 8/10 minuts. I suggest you to not fill it to the rim because during cooking it could come out.
